Mandatory Attendance Memo

Minimum attendance requirements for practical classes (exercises and laboratory work), applicable to undergraduate and postgraduate students (1st to 4th year):

According to the attendance requirements set out in the course/module card students must attend between 60 and 80 percent of the exercises.

Attendance at lectures is not compulsory but is strongly recommended.

Students are required to complete all the laboratory work scheduled. 

The minimum attendance requirements must be specified: in the course/module card, on the course material in the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Moodle, and presented to the students during the first class of the course/module. 

The calculated attendance percentage is mathematically rounded  (if the student attended 56% of the exercises, it is rounded to 60%).
