The Study Program Committee (SPC) is the main institution responsible for monitoring and organizing the quality and improvement of a study program.
The committee consists of no fewer than 5 members:
No fewer than 3 instructors actively involved in the program.
At least one representative from social partners.
At least one student representative.
At least one representative from departments offering specializations (if the program has specializations).
The purpose of the Committee: to ensure the quality of the study programme.
Functions:
Prepare a description of the study program and improve it based on surveys conducted by students.
Compile a summary of the self-analysis of the study program for internal and external evaluation and accreditation.
Publish the results at the university and discuss them with the academic staff and students of the study program.
Take care of presenting the study program on websites and compile a list of modules for additional studies.
Initiate the implementation of advanced study methods, including online methods, in the study program and provide suggestions to departments (instructors) to improve the prepared materials for online studies.
